When reviewing a proposal, the selection committee ONLY wants to know why your firm is the best for their project. Marketers must wear many hats and manage multiple deadlines and input from many different colleagues and consultants. Presenter Kelly Jo Jefferis, CPSM will share her best practices on how to win a project pursuit from creating and reviewing hundreds of proposals and presentations for clients.

Kelly Jo will discuss:

  • How to structure a successful GO/NO GO meeting;
  • Methods for creating boilerplate content;
  • Creative ways to make your proposals stand out above all the rest;
  • How to make your projects shine; and
  • Different methods to get information from you staff for your proposal
